Fig Chutney & Brie on Toast

Visited this great little store that specializes in selling olive oil, dips, chutney and balsamic vinegar from Italy. I just discovered recently that balsamic vinegar actually tastes better with age while watching an episode of Anthony Bourdain’s “No Reservations” in Italy. It was great to taste a couple of different balsamic vinegar and olive oil. We ended up getting a nice chili olive oil and a great fig and balsamic vinegar chutney. Got some toast and brie and the combination made a great snack with the chutney and chili olive oil!
